Payment Information
|
The options are as follows
- Cash - It is not advised to post cash, it is an option if collection in person
- Cheque - (Crossed payee only) Once payment has cleared, the purchased items will be despatched
- Postal Order
- Credit/Debit card, via PayPal
We prefer PayPal as it is a quick and secure method of payment. This way, you as a customer, are safer and more protected from fraud. We don’t see the credit/debit card details; therefore they are not stored on any of our systems.

Postage
|
- If an order is over. £75 P&P is free. Anything below will be dependent on the weight of the item(s) to be despatched.
- Items for delivery outside of the UK are sent as International Signed For.
- Items for delivery within the UK over the value of £20 are always sent recorded, unless otherwise requested.
- Extra charges may apply for the request of special deliveries.

Despatch Times
|
For stock items, these are usually despatched within 1-3 days of receipt of payment. Should there be any delays we shall inform you with an estimated expected despatch date.
For specialist items, the lead time for these may vary dependent on what is to be made along with the complexity of what is required.

Returns Policy
|
- All items are as seen in the photographs displayed.
- If you are to return an item we offer a full refund (less P&P costs) providing the products are received with 14 days. Items are to be in the “sold” condition. Refunds will not be given until the seller has the returned items. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return any items in good order. When returning items please obtain proof of postage (this is free) from the Post Office so that you can claim against them in the event of the goods being lost in the post.
- Any goods returned that are not in a re-saleable condition, we may only refund you 50% of the retail value. It is your responsibility that they are packed so as to avoid any damage whilst in transit.
- If an item has been received by the buyer damaged, it is preferred that we receive photographic evidence, and the damaged item is to be returned to the seller along with the original packaging. Alternatives/replacements will then be offered.
- Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Refunds will not be given without prior notification. Any shortages or discrepancies must be advised with 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- Items cannot be returned or refunded for if they have been worn or used
- If items such as earrings have been purchased, these are not accepted as returns for hygiene reasons.
- Any return monies will be made through PayPal where possible.
